2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share credentials. Report unauthorized access immediately.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must: post genuine job openings, not discriminate, provide accurate job descriptions, handle candidate data responsibly, and comply with Pakistani labor laws.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must: provide accurate information, not cheat on assessments, not share assessment content, and respect other users.

5. AI and Automated Processing

AI-generated questions require human approval before publishing. AI grading provides suggestions, not final decisions. Human review is always available. We do not use emotion detection, personality inference, or opaque hireability scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

skills.maahir.io is provided "as is." We are not liable for hiring decisions made using our platform. Employers are responsible for their own hiring processes.
