We use your information to: provide and improve our services, match candidates with jobs, generate assessment reports, communicate with you, and ensure platform security.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is shared with employers you apply to. We do not sell personal data to third parties. AI processing (MiniMax, OpenAI) may process CV text and answers — we minimize PII sent to vendors.

4. Data Retention

Candidate data is retained for 90 days after a hiring decision (configurable per employer). You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

6. Security

We use encryption at rest, tenant isolation, and secure authentication. CVs are stored in private storage with access controls.
